Whats a good car starter? Anyone with one?

Looking to get one, can't stand the cold weather. What's good with some decent range? There's one a cdn tire that's 150, 1000 feet starter, alarm, trunk, doors. that's a pretty nice price for all those feature. then there's the one at bestbuy, clifford for 180. what's good? what sets each other apart? doesn't need to be an alarm combo, preferly not cuz no $$$.

thanks,

ps. list where and how much and installation too.
