just wondering, with a no-name intake (obviously with no CARB sticker), will the vehicle pass safety and emissions testing here in ontario?

I think the only bolt-on mod that will cause the car to fail emission is the HP 4-1 w/high flow cat.

if there is even a visual inspection of my car for safety and emissions, would they care if i had an aftermarket no-name intake? will i pass? or should i put my airbox back on?

I dont think they'll check your intake but they'll check the cat. converter ...
I dont know whether intake will increase your emission gas (CO2 content) or not ...
if it does then you better put your airbox back on
