OT: Computer upgrade deal
Worked out quite a good deal while quoting some stuff for Wooman... For those of you still on old(er) systems, I've got a great package for those who don't want to spend $800+ for a brand new system.
Duron 950
Chaintech 7AJA motherboard
128MB PC-133 SDRam
350W P4-capable ATX Case
Installation (yes, take your old stuff, put in new case, but OS drivers etc will need some extra work)
$300 all in w/ legit invoice and my quality worksmanship (1 yr parts & labour)
($270 just for parts)
More of you in, cheaper it gets. 5 ppl -> $290, 10 ppl -> $280

Thats a pretty good deal considering your gonna do install too. I used to do that but its so time consuming. Know anyone who wants asus a7v333? $150 white boxed (refurbs) with cables.

Well, putting together those guts take me 1 hour tops. I usually do a full system including OS install within one hour. I don't do too much systems anymore but these days if I can get a couple going just more $$ for car upgrades, haha....
SedanBoy, yeah it's $270 if you just want the parts. But if more ppl respond with interest I can lower the overall price for all of ya, coz I do get quantity discounts at 5 and at 10.
C'mon ppl, time to upgrade your second computer and your sister's computer and your gf's computer!

But if you are looking for something else, that's ok, I can hook up a deal for you for any CPU/mobo/RAM/case combo (I usually recommend case too coz new power supply is always a good idea).
So you just need to PM me a CPU speed you want, mobo you want with that, and how much RAM.
I usually deal Chaintech, MSI, and Asus boards, with Chaintech cheapest and Asus most expensive. They all make good boards and tomshardware.com always keep Chaintech in their lineup of reviews as midrange performers, and MSI and Asus are tops.
You can check out motherboards here:
MSI
Chaintech
Asus
Or rather, what you can do is give me a budget and I can suggest a board/CPU for you, coz there are many different chipsets to choose from. The combo on this deal here is the least expensive bundle.
My ICQ is 3695311 as an alternative way to contact me aside from PM on here.
