I thought deductibles were different, depending on how much you paid per month/year?
Anyways it still sucks though, everything was going so nicely and then this happens... my car was almost set for this year... I'm still pissed off!

i'm not sure what you mean by "amount" - i mean if your gonna claim $5000 for rims, they'll scratch there head but if your reasonable and you can prove your loss, they'll pay it ......

Well I just called my insurance company and my ded. is a wopping $750!?! Jesus! Anyways she said it was because it's comprehensive? I don't know, I have to bring it to an auto collision shop now and they have to figure out what the damage is.

Yup, it falls under home insurance if it's the driveway, but usually you have a $500 deductable. And you'll probably have to file a case with the cops to get insurance claim.

there's no way you get get it to be covered under homeowners insurance.... WTF???? Homeowners insurance is for your home, and contents ...anything permantly attached to your vehicle is covered under your auto insurance........it doesn't really matter where your vehicle is .........
