Security Alarms
Does anyone have any recommendations as to what is a good security alarm system is? There are so many brands with a vast price range, and I don't even know where to begin looking ... Any help would be appreciated! if you want real good protection get clifford... hehe... that thing is real sensitive...
but i think the sec alarm honda offers is good enough

you can get a good viper alarm...depends on what is in your car...many different brands out there....don't fall for any of that stuff they offer with the 2 way pager etc etc...all you need if you have some $$$ in your ride is a sensor for you trunk your doors and your hood..and a secondary back up siren if the first is cut off manually that way...that second alarm is so annoying you have to turn it off manually...
so if you have valuables to protect then....get the above mentioned ....but if not...any standard alarm would do...don't go with the dealer...they are way too over priced...i think they have alpine alarms at the dealer...i have a prestige alarm...i got mine $350 installed.... years ago....

who cares if clifford went bankrupt.. (it's not like you have to pay mnthly on them like house alarms)
get that in your car cause it's super sensitive if your car is worth it....

you would if you had an earlier model clifford, cause then your warranties would be shot.

super sensitive alarms are more an annoyance than anything else, plus being a drain on the electrical system. having the alarm go off every five seconds vs. not having to replace the battery/alternator every once in a while....

hahha i second that. if u get a super sensitive alarm kiss ur batteries good bye ...hahaha ill keep reving my ride next to it just to set it and im sure all of us do when we hit the underground parkings hahahaha
if ur worried bout ur ride consider investing in a pager alarm. done and done.

clifford is over rated and too pricey for what they offer and its not much!
