Where can I buy static stickers for a banner on the front windshield?

You guy know of anyplaces that my custom stickers for a front banner on the windshield? I want the static type so I can put it on and remove it as I like. The static type are the type that Honda puts on your car after you get an oil change and its plastic like.
Anyone know where to get these and the price for a custom front banner???
