guelph or u o guelph students???
Hey i just moved to guelph as a uoguelph student. Anyone around here. I dont know any car guys. Theres a few sweet cars on campus. My car wont be here for another 4-5 weeks. Its in the shop for a full exterior overhaul. Anyways hit me up on the pm or my guelphmail at jcunning@uoguelph.ca

guelph has to be one of the most amped placed when it hits midnight. i live in kitcher and come into guelph often for a concert or if i drop by one of the bike shops (since theres two, one in kitcher that i work at and one in guelph).
and let me say, i love dt guelph at 1 am, best place ever.
thing that keeps me comming back is that the first time i went there for a show, there was one of those homless/poor old guys, passed out in one of the flower planters with a 40oz of beer next to him, was hilarious.

well if u look in lot p13 the one right beside south rez my car is always parked there right under the lamp post. You'll know its me cuz my car is silver with black twotone. If ur interrested in any parts let me know ive got quite the collection of stuff i dont use anymore and im going home so sometime after christmas i can start bringin it back with me. Got some cf stuff but no sure if i wanna put it back on my car some ICE and other. Whats ur plans on ur car?
Re: guelph or u o guelph students???
right now i'm just starting off. i just bought the car from my parents and my older brother drove it like an ***, so first i'm starting with rims because i got winters. then i'm thinking of some sort of not to fancy kit. but mostly i want preformance parts. really no real direction, just what ever i see i like, i'll put it on.

ya good call. i would reccomend any polyurethane lip kit. Its amazing in winter. Just make sure u get it painted by someone who knows what they're doing. My paint guy had to use double the reccomended amount of flex agent and paint it like 3 times cuz it kept crackin the paint on him BUT my lip is so well painted now i can twist it around and the clear wont crack so if i hit something its not a big deal.
Re: guelph or u o guelph students???
really? thats some really good information about the paint. was it not holding due to the paint? or the material it was being sprayed on? but it helps knowing that since i'm going to need a spray soon, since a suv scraped my rear quarter panel in a near by parking lot, was pissed.
but question about the polyurethan lips, are they just more flexable? creating them not to crack from the snow? because i drive every where in my car (i.e. during winter to and from blue mountain, to st.thomas, and to dundas). so i want a lip that will hold the winter driving conditions.

polyurethane is only way to go. Abs and fiberglass will get brittle and crack. Polyurethane is almost like stiff rubber. And the problem when painting is the lip would twist and cause a spidercrack type thing. Anyways goodluck with the ride.
