HID - DRL problem

Any of you know how to fix HID - DRL problem. My DRL not lighting up during the day, and showing problem on the cluster. Driverside High-Beam dont work, yet passenger side works. Ppl say i should buy another kit from www.dayrunninglight.com (using corner lights as DRL). Im looking for easier way.
I've check wiring harness but it seems to be in proper order. Did I hook it up wrong? Ill post pic soon so you guys can take a look and correct me.

You might not be getting enough power to your ballasts especially running it off the DRL. With so little power... it's proabaly only able to ignite one of your bulbs.
DRL's run on half the amount of power as your lowbeams.
Change your setup and use your parking lights or turn signals (or even get some foglights) and use them as your DRL's.

if it came with a seperate little halogen highbeam/DRL bulb, then you have your wires crossed. you shouldn't be running your DRL on your HID.

The easiest thing to do is pull the prongs for the HID and DRL out of the HID harness then reverse them.

BUT you can use your DRL to trip a relay which will then run HID's full-on in the daytime, though for the life of me I don't know why anyone would want to.

Why bother having DRL's. Just a waste of bulb life having lights on during the day.

Take it from a Canadian who gets pulled over for just about everything else...the cops here don't go bothering anyone for DRL's during the day, and of course at night full headlights are on so they don't bother us there either.
Of course there IS technically a rule about DRL's, something about all cars produced after a certain year have to have them and they must be functional, but even a cop who wants to be a jerk would usually miss those. I've never been bothered over DRL.

before you start reversing wires around... post a diagram/installation instructions.

btw... currently when you turn on your headlights at night do the HID's turn?

EDIT: Your bulb looks like this right? With two bulbs ... Bi-Xenon. 1 is the HID and 1 is a regular halogen for your DRL/High beam.
