Talking Whats new and exciting for '06..

for your whip?
What's everyone got planned? I know the boys of Niagara all have a new mod list a mile long!
I know last year we had that thread where we posted newest pics of our cars and mods etc and left each other positive feedback and suggestions...thought i'd make a new one for the upcoming season!

To do in 06:
Remold screen into center console
New deck
New tweeters and crossovers
New rear speakers
Redo some of my damaged trunk setup (the exhaust deal was worth it though)
Install new side skirts
Repaint some body components that took a beating this winter
Repair chipped tint on rear windshield and the little triangle window on the passenger rear passenger door
New brake setup
Lower my car some more
Perhaps some more aftermarket aero parts and exterior accenting
Redo interior lighting
Fix my burned and filthy headliner
Another screen somewhere in the car, dual monitor carputer setup

Already done in 06:
New washer nozzles
New catback exhaust

I'm sure there's something I'm missing though....

Funny how we all think I was so feeling like making this thread earlier this week.

BTW, I don't see how the body side moldings will stop door dings Xenin - unless you put them where they do not normally go (ie higher up on the door) As where they are currently put is not the furthest out part of the door.

--
To do/add:
Door panel inserts
Get audio - headunit, sub, amp(s), speakers
Repair trunk area/make set-up (basically mdf the floor, cut it up for access to spare, add in side piece, and carpet everything)
Repair paint (rear bumper, rear passenger quarter panel, hood, front passenger door ding), drill out two cracked off bolts (rear bumper, rear bench), fix moldings around rear passenger door, windshield, front dash change
New wipers + "Rain-X" stuff come spring
Redrop car
Fix fog light switch/redo switches & wiring in car
Paint front calipers
Reseal passenger headlight - get "clear" 164/198 bulbs
Clean + wax / repeat as needed

Possible/Probables:
2k3+ cluster
blue led console
Kaminari lip kit all-around
Shaving rear H, keyhole
Trunk spring for spoiler
Sound deadening door panels + trunk area

Already done:
Rear leather EL seats
HIDs retrofitted into black TYCs
New brakes

Hopefully my POS 2003 is getting traded in for something else. I need something a bit bigger and more practical. My list so far includes...

Honda Fit
Toyota Matrix or FJ Cruiser
Nissan XTerra

My 2006 has some wheels waiting for the spring and I'm shopping for suspension parts.

Unfortunately, for 2006 I will be trading in my car.

Some of the Niagara Boys' mod list is coming from my whip.....so I hope they take good care of the parts.

As it stands right now, I will be driving a G35 coupe in a month or so.

But I'll stick around 7thgen, seeing as how I have an 8thgen as well

My plans for 06 are as follows:

Buy mods in winter and spring while I am pumped up about the upcoming season

Regret those same mods by fall.

Remove most mods for winter.

Repeat cycle for 2007

HONDAGURL8 has a little shameless behaviour in the past
in 2006 i would love to........

SELL MY CAR....but i work at MAZDA so i dont wanna do that yet cuz i might get stuck buying a mazda when i really really want a new accord....

.....so in 06 im gonna replace all the things i should have replaced a million miles ago so that in 2007 when my car is 6yrs old i can pimp it out and try and make tonnes of cash on it....
