My totally sick rims have been on my car all winter. The outer plastic hub cap is a gunmetal gray with a highlight of brown. It's a unique mod only the most dedicated civic owner can have (aka I park my car outside and drive on bad roads)

I meant the cop car itself was able to drive away from the scene, not hit n run :P I could only hope a cop wouldnt do a hit and run.

"Uhhh hi police, I just got hit by a cop and now hes running"
"we will get right on that "
