what happened to TORONTOCIVICS.COM?

i can't get on their site. it's been like that for several days now. are they gone for good? can anyone tell me what happened?

From what I know, they are changing servers and transferring all the data and files. My buddy read this info on mojonation from a tcc moderator so Id take it to be true

just an update
they seem to be making progress, tcc is accessible as a website, but the forums and chat lead me to another perfectnav site, which basically means, those have yet to be fixed/uploaded
but at least they are making progress!
