wait until spring, ill surely come by in spring and help
besides, it usually takes a couple attempts to seal perfectly and ya dont want fog and in winter, ya get much more fog then spring
trust me, it needs to be warm man, you'll regret doing it now

word of advice, unless you're using an oven - it would be easier to do this when the weather is warmer...you want to be able to heat the seal on the headlight in order to open it....
i would come by and check it out if you guys are doing it though

Viper, you could probably just paint over the orange seeing as there is not that much to begin with. Maybe gunmetal the inside of the light, and put a hyper white bulb in to replace the stock signal lights.

go check out your local hardware store (crappy tire, homo depot, etc)
check what they have for silicone and the ratings (usually 1-7) they give for the use on plastic. get the one rated best on plastic, wont run ya much cash. If ya wanna do an amazing job, buy a couple tubes to seal lots but be careful not to seal to an extent where the silicone interferes with the headlight fitment
Best of luck!

Looks exactly like the grey stuff used to seal the sedan heads. If used with the clamp method azn_outlaw taught me, your heads will look like they've never even been opened. I wrote up a DIY somewhere on this site, lemme know if you want a Word format copy of it.

pain in the buss, they are MUCH more difficult to open up then 01-03, but they do look good
Shaman and exclusive opened them while i was prepping shamans headlights so talk to them to find out exactly how difficult they are
