where can i get......

i was wondering where can i get those blue gel? it's for those..dash light..
cause i wanna make them blue..i went to business depot and grand and toy.
i couldn't find it..there..so any body know where i can get them..

i want to change those blue dash light.but i don't know where did get those..sheets? or gel.
something like that..there's a diy for it...but i don't know where to get them.
