Rep Power: 233 i see the future... this thread will be closed... looks like someone will tell you to search... But before that when it comes to exhaust its up to you no one can really tell you what to get to best suit your needs. you either want loud or quiet becouse no exhaust system for the d17 is really gonna yield any serious horsepower

Rep Power: 0 i just got a Greddy Evo catback put on with HP racing headers and cat. I absolutely love the sound it puts out. somewhere on the site there is a video where i can hear it and a bunch of other ones. the evo is the best in my opinion.

Rep Power: 450 i have the skunk 2 megapower and it is really loud but a deep tone, i heard its the loudest exhaust for the 7th gen, other than maybe a full custom one. I love the sound of it and i havent been pulled over at all and ive had it for about 4 months now, ive been followed by cops and all but they never did anything and here in NY they are pretty tough. It also came with a silencer which makes it sound very very close to stock....so yea thats the info on the skunk 2.......IBTL

Rep Power: 235 you want a good exhaust and save some money? search ebay, just buy the muffler tanabe or skunk2 or from whomever, take it to a muffler shop, have them put on a straight pipe from the cat-back! just after the cat, there is a flange for the cat and one for the rest of the exhaust...have them put on a 2 & 1/4 inch pipe from the flange back to the muffler. same concept as any other exhaust but a hell of a lot cheaper!!! if you plan on doing this, just make sure they attach the new (larger) pipe directly to the flange!

yeah, that is another thing...since the HP gain is not really significant, why would you want to spend $400+ on an exhaust for sound when you could spend around $100 putting it together? i am not hating on anyone who has a name brand exhaust, it works for you and doing it the other way works for me.

Rep Power: 261 Magnaflow Cat-back for me and I f'n luv it. Nice deep tone, and silent on the highway. I don't think its loud but in a parking garage its deep enough to get the attention of a car alarm.
Plus of Magnaflow...its $380 shipped and fits perfectly, atleast it did for me.
