hey i have a cousin pretty high up at amex, i think he is director of something... he loves the job... he started out in the call center like 5 years ago and he is really high up...makin almost $150 000 a year + bonuses...AND he gets $1500 car allowance!!!!!! its awesome... lots of opportunity to move up in that company if u work hard. congrats on your new job!

the title is telecomm analyst II.... i'm just happy i got my foot in the door because the opportunities for advancement are really good.

i think its some simple job where i just answer calls and write down a report then forward them to a higher level for them to fix the problem.
