i washed my car yesterday, first time i have done so since two of my doors where newly painted to remove dents and scratches. After i was done, i accidently sprayed some Armor All dash protectant on it. I wiped it off that area quickly thinking nothing of it. When i check the spot again this morning it looks like there is a light abrasion. As if you ran it over with fine sand paper very very very lighty.
You can only see it in at a certain angle. I washed it with dish washing soap but it won't come off. If you rub it firmly with your finger it slowly comes off.
I'm thinking its a light film of Armor-All, but i can't get it off properly. Any suggestions? I was gonna try to buff it out but I'm scared cause it was just newly painted( about 3.5 weeks ago). Thanks for any help and suggestion.

if it rubs off with your finger, it hasnt oxydized into the paint...
take an pencil eracer and rub it out... the chemical probibly bonded to your wax... an eracer will take it out and wash and rewax it...if the eracer causes damage im sure you know to stop...
good luck
