You gotta admit, it's always hard for a club to pony up enough commitment for a big rep. Last year at DKN5 I had to nag and bother and pm and call and plead with members of my old club to represent. It's summer, and while it's the only time we can have our cars in full regalia, it's also the time people go away on vacation, work summer jobs to pay for school, and the like. Can't be helped. That said, when someone shows and commits, (s)he definitely shows that (s)he is dedicated to advancing the organization.
I'm not as active in this thing as I should be, I'm an old man by most tuners' age standards, and if my life goes well, this summer will be my last hurrah before I hunker down and actually spend evenings NOT covered in grease and metal shavings, instead being covered in house paint and landscaping dirt - you know what I mean?

Yep, this is true...have my bday weekend booked for Muskoka...although even that may not happen cuz these fkrs at work may move or even take away my vacation time! Boo-urns!
Telly: I hear ya man...I'm in the same boat...if I didn't have to start down payment for my condo this year, I'd already be boosted and running 13's...boournzzz!
I might be able to make it, not totally sure yet with work and crap
If so, I'll prolly roll down with Telly (fellow Sauga-ian-an-aian--dood) and Liro, but nothing for sure yet. Also, how much $$ is it per person?

yeah, i cant say im surprised at the lack of committment from the gta...its is sad though, considering that we have the largest roster and the fewest people coming out...but i dont see what more we can do to change that...im all ears here people....
