Yeah, Markham honda sucks ***. I bought a 03 accord from them and went back later to complain about a small dent I noticed. They refused to fix it so I wrote them a long note telling them that I will never go back for service. It's been over a year and not once did they call me for service or anything. Worst dealership ever, and giving honda a bad name.

That sucks.. but

heh.. did you guys hear about the BMW story? Take a look around the net and you'll find it.. Some guy brought his M3 in for service. Anyways.. some employee wanted to take it for an unauthorized "test-drive".. anyways.. he took it out and he lost control of the car doing a turn and slammed the driver corner wheel into a curb breaking the axle and the wheel was FLAT against the ground.. the dealership apparently refused to fix it. That's about all I can remember.

I say we all go out and buy a Lexus. In my opinion, they give the best service in the entire automobile industry.

Ya, I refuse to go to Markham Honda as well. When I went around looking to buy my 7thgen, not a single salesperson came to me and asked me if i needed help. They finally came over after I started screwing around with the shifter on the S2000 they had in thier showroom. Personally I would recomend Roadsport Honda.

That likely won't do much since dealerships operate relatively independantly of Honda Canada.

BTW, this not the first story I've heard about problems with Markham Honda. I guess moving to their new location has not changed anything.

I bought my 04' civic from markham honda. I found some scratches on my dash the weekend I got it. They did nothing for me. I know its just scratches, but a 2 day old car. I had the car for 2 days. The sales manager was telling me a marker works well. "I know that you dumba$$" (that's what I was thinking in my head).

They even kept on changing the dates on when I was going to be able to pick up my car. I'll never buy a car from markham honda again.

i have had nothing but problems from markham honda.. (i bought my car at centre honda...great dealership), markham's service sucks and none of their sales or service reps know what they are talking about... even tho my house is like 5 min away, i absolutley refuse to take my car there anymore..

..im thinking about priting up this entire thread and taking it there with me in person!
