In theory.... even though they are getting an annullment, doesn't that mean that they were still married for a couple days (it will be officially anulled on Monday, they got hitched on like Saturday), and doesn't that mean that the guy should be entitled to 50% of all income, property, etc??

Or is an anullment different than a divorce? Damn

an anullment means the marriage officially never happened, a divorce means that it happened and that both parties can't reconcile what has gone wrong.

Usually you have to have a marriage anulled with-in 1 week of signing the marriage license.
