1. shouldnt of went to the insurance for that bumper to bumper scratch.. ............ was that your fault though>???

find quotes elsewhere... or get a better broker if you dont have one yet.

one other considertion is buying one way insurance....... so basically, better not get in any other accidents that is your fault.

You guys make me feel better I way paying $6600 for about a year for my EL, 2 accidents. I'm now paying $4000 /yr now... Still freaking high, and lemme tell you, turning 25 doesn't give you no big break...

I used to be with Zurich, they crapped on me after my 2nd accident (totalled my Civic), and then jumped to State Farm.... They were ok for awhile, then the prices just skyrocketed a bit, so I'm now with Pembridge.

Note that with 2+ accidents, most places don't insure you directly... You are considered in the "facility" market, since you're higher risk.... Prices skyrocket in the facility market, but for a price, anyone can be insured (even if you've crashed 10 Porsches in the past 10 weeks.)

I'm great. LOL.

Yeah I'm primary (and sole) driver on my car. But then again:
- living at home with the dark overlords (aka parents) = discount
- being over 25 = discount
- going 6 years without a ticket/claim = discount
- being so damn sexy does NOT = discount, but I thought I'd mention it...hey FurBall stop lookin at my a$$!!!

22 years old turning 23 in November. I drive a new in May 2003, 2002 Honda Civic Si Coupe 5spd Black.

I received my G1 in November 1996 and my G in October of 2001
I have never had a ticket.
I had one at fault accident when I backed into a parked car and caused 2000 in damages in 1997
In April of 2003 I decided to buy a new car and take out my own insurance policy and be primary owner/driver on the new car. My previous insurance company wanted 510 a month. I shopped around for a month for insurance and finaly decided on Belair Direct in May. I signed on for 260 a month. I bought the car. Within 2 weeks they increased my insurance to 300 a month. Still happy. In September I was rear ended at a yield sign. Damage was 4500 bucks. The other insurance company admitted liability so my deductable was waived and my insurance didnt go up and nothing bad goes on my history. My insurance company STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT because of this GAY no-fault insurance law this year.

I am going to drive like a NUN until November 2005. Once Im 25 I can have a little fun. I dont want any accidents or any tickets until then. I hate insurance companies. They are good for nothing. They take and take and take and barely offer any service to you. It should be illegal. Its bloody theft and I hope something is done about it.

Sorry for the life story, I was just trying to be as detailed as possible to help

I'm 26 and paying just under $2,000 a year for my 2003 EL. I have a perfect record with no claims or tickets. As for turning 25 and getting your rates lowered, don't count on it. When I turned 25 my rates went up, if that makes any sense. I find that I have to switch companies every year (I have for the last 3 years straight), just to get a decent rate in spite of my 6 star record.
