Yes, it's only in US of A... but who knows, it could change up here too. $10 bucks says guys with blue halogen bulbs caused this.. cause I noticed a lot of them jack up their lights to make it seem bright to the on-coming traffic.

Whoopsie... if it's USA only (for now), my apologies

Which reminds me... I was driving up Saturday night on DVP north, and this **** blue lights were behind me....

Blue RSX with white stripe on the sides, Altezzas, and everything else.... HOLY CRAP that guy had major 7500k HID.... It was soooooooooo blue.... Looked kinda gay actually... it was too blue, and didn't have the "rainbow" effect of BMWs and stuff....

I'm starting to think now the pure white (like Acura RLs) are best....

I was just thinking about this again.... With this stuff being banned in the US, it'd be so much harder to get spare parts should you need a new bulb, etc....

Something to think about if you were to buy HID retrofit kits like the CATZ one.

Applies to USA only... for now. There are dangerous HID setup that are blinding, hell even some Bimmers can cause an annoyence. I'm young, perfect vision, and get distracted by factory HID, so I wonder what happens to a mid 40 year old... If you guys still need HID, XenonDepot is the place to go.
