kazaa was declared legal by the court in a case against RIAA, since they were deemed a mere service provider with no control over its users' actions.

since then RIAA has been going after individual users on kazaa. starting with ones who share the most number of files on fast lines.

I dont use kazaa anymore. way too slow.

what's a good place to get new dvd movie rips(movies that are about to or have just been released on dvd). i've been looking for a DVD rip of the movie "The Hunted" with Tommy Lee Jones and Benicio Del Torro but i can't find it. all i seem to be able to get on kazaa is a rip that looks like it was filmed with a camcorder in a theatre.
