Modding 2002 sedan
hey...
I have a 2002 honda civic sedan which is ok but the colour is beige/gold.
Im thinking of a gold a gunmetal theme:
1. gunmetal rims
2. black housing headlights and carbon fibre tail lights
3. a black grill
4. all emblems shaved
5. lowered with ground control coil overs
6. black or platinum tint
Do you guys think this colour combo might work?
ps, if u have any suggestions it would be much appreciated

haha for real, old peoples colour. although i would prefer a different colour it doesnt bother me too much. i think the gunmetal theme would look pretty nice, keep it clean yah know nothing to flashy. kinda like this
not my ride by the way.
hehe netcbc was selling some nice carbonfiber tails for sedan and even some black projector headlights, you should have scooped those up
i know i wanted to.

that is so true man! my uncle just bought a 03' civic sedan in that color. i asked him why that color? any color but that and green, and he said his wife wanted it. now everytime i go to his house his kids are always complaining about how ugly the color of the car is.

It would look good in with the Gunmetal theme. You can't really do much else i that colour. My sedan is silver so i have more options than you do. Good luck with it. Nice to see another 4 dr being done up. If you want ideas on what mods to go with, you can check out some pics i've got up.

You can just blackhouse them yourself, looks better then tinting IMO, but i dont' want to come off as cocky ****, doesn't wut ppl say, just do wut makes you happy
u open teh headlights then take out the chrome part and spray paint it to whatever colour you want then when it dry put it back in and done
i can't imagine my parents picked that colour over white, silver, black or navy for sedan
lucky i have a silver sedan and most things flow with the colour

Check this DIY
But add one step - after removing the reflector, add like 5 or 6 thin coats of black paint. I used to use the Motomaster Flat Black stuff, but it wouldn't stick well. Now I use two coats of barbecue paint (seriously) then on top, 5 coats of Duplicolor black engine enamel. If you're feeling ambitious, add a light coat of Duplicolor Graphite wheel paint to give it a nice sheen (gunmetal). PM me if you need any more help.
