Question front License plate behind windshield?

hey guys I bought a roadster a few weeks back and i need to get everything straightened out before the temporary tag expires - it expires thursday
Here in New Jersey, motorists are required to show a front AND rear plates.

It didnt come with a plate mounting spot on the front bumper, and i sure as hell dont want to drill holes. Do you think I can pass inspection by neatly suction cupping my front license plate behind the front windshield? you know, how like the same way some cars have those police badges (related to or close friends with a law enforcement worker)

if all else fails i'm just going to zip-tie the plate in the lower grill off to the side about.

gimme some options? thanks guys

in VA, i've heard of people getting tickets for this, not sure how strict it is, but basically you fight it, go to court, show them pics of you moving it to the bumper, and it gets dropped.

dont be a ricer, just drill some clean holes into the CENTER of your bumper.
