When was this rule created? I was there Sunday October 21 meeting 2 cousins. Both of them are under 21 (18 and 20). They had no problems getting in by themselves at 4 pm.

The rules are:

1. Its 21 and older all day.
2. Each person 25 and older can bring in 1 person under 21.
3. Everyone under 21 must leave by 11pm.
   * Dont know how they will inforce this rule (#3).
