its super busy at work, so i havent been able to research anything on hotels or anything...
i think for food, if people dont want to go to a restaurant or something we can all just order a bunch of pizzas or something to come to a parking lot where we end up. hehe
i think the only real thing that needs to get "planned" is the where to stay for the night situation. everything else can really be decided on the spot i think. or at least i cant think of anything that would really need to get planned.
