You wanna take 95S to the 295 bypass around Richmond. It's on the left and it's about ~12 north of Richmond actually.
Travel down 295 for about 15 miles, to 64E towards Norfolk/VA Beach. Stay on 64E for about ~85 miles or so, until you come up onto 264E. There'll be 2 exits - Stay on the one towards Virginia Beach (2nd one). You'll want to get off at First Colonial *SOUTH*. You'll cross over Virginia Beach Blvd and as the road goes around the curve, it'll turn into Oceana Blvd. Follow that all the way down to General Booth Blvd and make a right turn. You'll have to get all the way to the left lane and make your first left-hand turn into the park. We're in shelter #3, next to the dog park. Basically just follow the road all the way down and around. You'll see it.

Rep Power: 471 Ok.. so Rockville people are meeting up, going down 95 and picking up ssmshortie at the Potomac Mills rest area. Then picking up the Fredericksburg people at the exit 131 rest area. Then heading down to VA Beach. Is that right?

Rep Power: 320 i live about 35 miles north of exit 131 so figure about when dawn and her crowd get to woodbridge it will take about 30 minutes or so depending on traffic and how fast everyone likes to drive

Rep Power: 320 we will have to talk about that when we all gather up at the rest area hopefully i wont go to fast for you all joke! usually saturday traffic is bad from woodbridge to fburg so we mite end up in a parking lot just as a warning

Rep Power: 584 anyone know if i should take 13 all the way or get on Rt 1 and rt 113 to go around dover in delaware and salisbury in MD?? just planning my route. im going late at night, so i doubt ill hit traffic either way, but if i can stay on one road and not have to keep changing roads, that would be easier, i think.

I'm gonna be heading down to the shelter and stuff here in a little while. Gonna do some last-minute running around (ice, etc) and then be down there.
Dawn, if you see this, gimme a call once you guys get on the road and whatnot. Hope that 95S traffic isn't too bad for you guys this morning.

Rep Power: 320 taz when u say that, it will probably happen, most times between here and fredericksburg is a parking lot on i-95 on saturday's especially, im crossing my fingers that it wont be though
