Nice to have money!
Get some wet sandpaper in many grades.(like 80 down to 400 or 600) Start with the coarse and keep sanding! Best to find a place out of the way, get a few beers and a music player,cause its a long job! (also cold) you can usually touch up the paint or clear coat pretty good. Woun't be perfect,but you'll probably do it again! ( I know-I did)

i mean if u you really like ur rims then save up money and get new rim to replace it, OR just sell all 4 wit decent price then get a whole new set.
