Thumbs up main line honda

ok so after all the bad wright honda drama i took my car to mainline honda to have it worked on.

june 26 i had the driver side seat fixed because it was rocking loose. well when i went to pick up my car there was a gash on the driver side plastic inner door panel, grease finger prints on my seats, the seat slide bracket plastic ends were not installed and i aslo noticed a 2 mm curb mark with blue paint on my rear passenger side wheel. well i told them about my door and they offered to replace my door panel with a new one free of charge.

june 29 i went back and had them install the seat plastic things. i aslo spoke with the manager about my wheel. he was very professional and is an overall good guy. he offered to replace my rim and also mount and balance it all free of charged.

i decided not to go that route because i didnt want to go through all the trouble of ordering another rim online and yadda yadda yadda...

so instead he gave me a certificate for 2 free oil changes as well as 2 $26 doller certificates good for anything at mainline honda.

im gonna use thoes 26 doller certificates when i need a transmission fluid flush!

id like to thank the service employee OSCAR for all his help and consideration

i highly reccomend main line honda for their excellent customer service!

That sucks about the rims! It's bs how most places won't take responsibilty for their actions. When I just got new rims, no store could tell me that they wouldn't mess up the rims while mounting the tires. What's up with that...

tranny fluid flush does the car good! I got one last week along with an oil change, and my car's running smooth and quietly (except for one tire that's loud as butt)

But that's the last time I'm going to the dealership, because they give out so much crap. They spoke badly about another nearby Honda dealership, so if I have to go back for any other recalls I'm gonna check with those guys instead. The only reason why I even went to my local dealership was for the headlight recall

Is it just me or is 2 oil changes and $52 not worth a new wheel?? I mean I spend like $25 on an oil change, but I use Mobile 1 and I do it myself. Also changing tranny fluid is not hard either.

I would have just went through the BS and ordered a new wheel and told em that they could keep their oil changes.

BTW, do you really want to go back to the same place that fvcked your car up?? What will be wrong with it after this time?

Just my .02
