Anyone know a good place on Long Island to get an alarm put in? I'm going to get one soon and I'll be back on the island - I think Sound Trax is a little overpriced for trying to give me an audiovox alarm...

Also, anyone hear about Custom Concepts in Saint James? I did a price quote and they seemed really reasonable. But I wonder how their installs are done? I'm coming from Massachusetts, so I can't go up to these places and see what they're like...any help would be appreciated.

I'm looking to put in something in the 250 dollar range, but not much more than that. Suggestions so far point to the Viper 690 or 350, but anyone else have suggestions on that too, please let me know ASAP...thanks for any help guys and gals!

I doubt you can find anything for $250. All alarm systems will run you probably 350-500$ around here. I paid 475 for my viper w/installation, remote start and hood lock.

EZ-Riders. On Hempstead TPK. in Hempstead/Garden City is a good place. Resonable prices, and the installers there know what they are doing. You won't have to go back and have anything adjusted.
