Anybody buying/renting a house? Hey guys, this is a shameless plug, but I am in the real estate business and I would like to help my fellow 7thgen's with their real estate needs.
Some things I can help out with are:
* Discussing financing options
* Using a Multiple-Listing service and office software to find properties for you
* Performing comparative market analyses to help arrive at a reasonable price
* Taking care of sales contracts and contingencies such as home inspections and warranties

if anybody is curious about what kind of financing options they can get and what kind of price range they would be comfortable with, you can hit me up. I would just need an estimate of income and debts to give you a pretty good idea of what kind of loans you can get.
