ok, I just got done checking the weather for monday morning/afternoon. it's looking iffy, there may be pockets of thunderstorms rolling by. not sure if it's enough to mar our trip.

A good meet up spot is off I-95 south, exit 158-b. Immediately on your right, there will be a huge commuter lot.



Unfortunlately, being a monday, it will be full of cars, but I will try to find a spot near the entrance to park along the side. this location is approx 1 hour away from Kings Dominion, which if i remember correctly is exit 99 or 98 (Doswell). The park opens at 10:30am, so we should all meet up at the commuter lot at 9:15.

Now.. tickets. Online tickets are $35 ($8 off general admission), and all you need is a credit card and a decent printer to purchase them. to order tickets over the net, go here: https://www.kingsdominion.com/ticket..._admission.jsp*

*notice that tickets for visits earlier than 48 hours from date of ticket order may not be purchased online. personally, I don't think it matters because the ticket itself has no date on it; however, maybe it takes about 24 hours for the computers to be updated with the ticket info. because of this, you should purchase your ticket ASAP! also note, the ticket is valid on ANY operating day in 2003, so if we end up not going because of bad weather or whatever, you can go any other day of the season

if you are coming, YOU NEED TO POST NOW, so we know who to wait for at the commuter lot. The caravan down there should be fun too

Cat and I still wanna do it on monday I have already called out of work to do this. So we are going no matter what. And Mex did you talk to Jeris or how did you find out about that. We are alright about eating in the park as well. I also think that people are missing out on a great thing so they have to deal with not going. We have been posting this for over a month and so it is their loss. Yes they did, we had a blast. or at least I know that Cat and I did.
They drive back was the worst though I hit like 4 different thunder storms, 2-3 in VA and then 1 in MD.
It was awful, we could barely see anything.
but the park was grrrrrrrrreat. I was still a little damp when we got home.

Deff. good times! I had a freakin blast!!!! Wooo! Only bad thing was the drive home. And sitting in wet shorts for like 2 hours didn't help either.

Damn my car looks fine. I am going to miss it when i get rid of it. unless I get a cheap enough truck that i can afford both of them.
I wish i made more money so i could keep the beaut. My car was the second one down with the hot chick on the pass. side.
