M3 swap into E46 330ci, help finding M3 Engine?

I ultra rich dumb friend blew his 330ci engine after redlining then downshifting by mistake, anyone know a good site or someplace to find an m3 engine, he specifically wants the new one, E46.

If you can fit the M5 V8 into an M Coupe, you can for sure get the engine in....
Try www.e46fanatics.com , those guys might know where to get one.
