I'd have to say Kia or Daewoo.
j/k If you're looking for futuristic cars, it depends on what you mean. Are we talking concept cars, or what you can buy on a dealers lot? I ask because, I hate to say it, but GM is making alot of futuristic looking concept vehicles, albeit most of them are trucks. But for ones that you can buy off the lot, Nissan's got nothing on Cadillac. Their new "Art and Science" look is definitely futuristic looking. just my $0.02.

Most futuristic looking? well...if we are talking concept vehicles, definately the Acura/Honda HSX. As far as cabin technology I would have to go with Mazda, the 3 and concept Mazdaspeed 5's cabins are nice. BMW has some of the best technology in the cabin, once they unscrew iDrive. I hate their designs anymore though (BMWs that is).
I haven't really seen a car that I can get excited over lately except the HSX and some of the modded RSXs. Oh, and the G35 Coupe. Yes, I like this variant more than the 350z. Same car, upgraded interior etc.

I think the most progressive automaker in the industry as far as design goes and innovation. Probably would have to be Nissan/ Infiniti. I think the new Quest has to be the vehicle out right now that I would argue is most ahead of it’s time.
I would follow this debate with the new 5er and 7er......
Other suggestions...
Toyota/ Scion, Prius etc...
Honda, Element, Insight, Civic Hybrid.
I think the industry is sharpening it’s pencil right now and trying to implement technology such as Electronic Stability Control, Electronic Brake Distribution, LED exterior & directional lighting as a standard. It wont be long before every car out will have this technology as standard equippment.

Futuristic looking, well there's different categories to that.
There are designs that are ahead of its time, which to me embody designs from Ferrari (the 360 Modena has the most beautiful contours), the Audi for its simple yet satisfying aesthetics, Mercedes for starting the high-waistline sporty sedan look. Alfa's have always had really cool sedan designs.
Then there are the companies that try hard to look futuristic, but make funky cars that'll look nasty and outdated in a couple years. Those are:
BMW - Chris Bangle's way way off. Overinflated trunks, multiple jagged lines, useless iDrive which affects how the whole interior is laid out.
Cadillac - V16 Concept car was cool, but current model cars trying to hard with this "edgy" stealth-fighter look.
Nissan - a mess (not Infiniti). Awkward Maxima with its cold and unsettling interior, funky Quest, Sentra with that nasty new grill.
Pontiac - The epitomy of visual cacophony.
Then there are straight-up reactionary old-fogey cars:
Lexus - Always living in the aesthetic shadow of Mercedes. The new LS430 has an uncanny resemblance to the older chunkier S class Mercedes. They're not even trying to hide that. The next gen Lexus or Toyota Crown has headlights that copy the current gen S class. Has enough excitement to bring old people and their pension checks to dealers.
Volvo - Still has the family-car look.
