RSX - S head swap on to 01 LX
I heard from somewhere, forgot where or who, that the RSX and or S head fits on the 7thgen civic block? Is that true, cuase i hell of want to do that if possible

Damn, thanks though. I dont even know the badge for my block. But what about SI to Civic? I am trying everything aside from turbo, super,or engine swap, to make my LX as fast as possible...

Who ever told you that needs to lay off the hard stuff.... You can't swap heads across engine series.
The code is on the front right corner of the block. Just below the radiator hose.

Even if it is physically possible, which I doubt, I'm pretty sure the K series spins a different direction entirely, which would be...ahhhhh...interesting....anyway

maybe then start some head work. port job, etc. cam regrind and all that stuff
then upgrade the block stuff like custom pistons etc.

Yes the Civic Si would be the same scenario as the RSX. Both K series, you having a D series. Doing a Turbo would actually be cheaper than a swap, sorry man. The other points were brought up very well by other members here.
