do VTI AND EX CAMSHAFTS differ?
i was wondering because i saw on pinoyexposed's thread they were discussing bout the diff. of our engines,EX engines are 1.7 in dispacement while VTI's are 1.6 in displacement
so i was wonderin if there's any difference regarding our camshafts

They are not the same..your engine has a slightly more agressive VTEC cam profile..and the US engines have a longer stroke (94mm) which is why they have more displacement
I would disagree, I think they are the same cause otherwise, what would stop us from putting an si cam and comp in our cars and having a non hb 2k2 si? I think there's more to it

k20a3 (SI) vs. D17 (dx/lx/ex) note: at least in the US that is...
to have a non hb 2k2 si, u'd need to swap a k20 in that bay of urs...
EDIT: added swap & added US

no problemo
canadian Si is the US ex model. so if u have a canadian SI, you'd get no results from switching camshafts from the 2 cars cuz they would be the same.
