Rep Power: 344 I'll buy a Hyundai. BUT, only the new 03+ Tib... and only the v6 6spd/5spd one. its not very fast at all.. but its in the low-mid 15s. so thats quick enough for me really.
I wont really mod it too, it'll respond better than our car probably, but like dragoon said, hyundai's engines are comparatively crappier than honda's.
and lets not even get into their shady over rating hp torque outputs...
their i4s are just as unresponsive to mods as our cars.. and their performance mods (like us 7th gens) are far and few in between... 01 tibs even have TWO cat convertors.... sure it brings emission down.. but same goes for the hp.
aftermarket companies dont exactly produce stuff for them... (well, south korea manufactures do, but dont see too many of them imported here)...
basically I'll buy one if I'm in the market for a value car with plenty of loaded options...
u gotta admit, they come quite loaded for their price.
and yeah there's that quality issue too...
they're getting better, thats for sure. but for nearly 20 grand, I dont think I'll get the 03+ tib... I might consider the base RSX.. course other factors such as insurance and etc... IMO a base RSX is just as fast and better looking..
there's better options out there I think, for a 20 grand price range.

it is... but I'd rather be in a base RSX than a 03 tib...
actually its a close call.. but overall the base rsx should be a better car..
