Speaking of Honda Insights, there is a green Insight in Houston that shoots NOS. I am not shitting you - my friend Eric is a tech at David McDavid Honda, and the owner had his car in the shop last week because the Check Engine Light was on. When Eric was hooking up the PGM Tester to the car, he saw a switch on the dash console. He screamed "NO WAY!!

" and then jumped out of the car to check under the hood. Sure enough, the engine was hooked up with nitrous. The entire shop soon crowded around the car and was laughing about it the rest of the day.

Supposedly the car is pretty fast - the owner says he beats lots of cars at the racetrack. The chassis only weighs 1800 lbs, so it doesn't take much to make that car go. But still - nitrous on a 3-cylinder engine with super tiny injectors??? I just wish I was there to see the car myself...

I always wanted to see an Insight with all the batteries ripped out and the 3-cyl swapped with a D series engine. Kind of a neo-CRX. Too bad it would cost $$$.

That video was funny...

And an Insight with n2o... I think you ought to go to the track and try to catch that guy and share his times with us. That is pretty funny... but losing to an Electric car... that has got to be an insult to one's ego. [IMG]i/expressions/beer_yum.gif[/IMG] I can't get over that... at the same time, it sounds pretty kew.
