Rep Power: 399 Cool... I didn't know you could swap across brands. How much stuff has to be changed to make it work? Maybe we should be looking for Audi 1.8 T's rather than K20s....

Rep Power: 0 camry has a large azz engine compartment the h22a is about the size of half of the engine compartment with it in there, there is still enough room for a turbo, hell HKS prototype supercharger with turbo can still fit in that frickin thing...custom engine mounts were made and believe me they were vey custom...It is using a 5spd tranny from the h22a, the ecu was done By Imazz Racing Development, these guys have the tightest sleepers in miami. I always wanted to ride with them but m vic never met there standards. The had a stock looking 94 civic hb with only two hub caps. It had a b18c5 motor with skunk 2 pistons, valve springs, etc. it was ready for turbo . That car didnt even have an exhaust but it was running low 14's. If they can do that from honda to camry i bet they can easily swap a k20a into a civic. When i went there today it was getting detailed in the garage. I saw some phat azz engines. These guys dont care about exterior i guess kinda wierd. All cars under the hood was so f in tight!!!pray to these car gods

Rep Power: 0 a lot of cars that have crazy fast engines don't look all that great on the outside. i've seen a few in sport compact car and other magazines. i guess want to look inconspicuous so they dont get pulled over because im sure they are running illegal things under the hood.

Rep Power: 0 Wait.. doesn't Camry's 3.0L V6 alreay make 190HP and close to 200ft of torque?? Why stuff a 200HP engine with way less torque?? Don't get me wrong, it's cool and everything.. maybe they just did it to prove a point that anything is possible. But from a performance point of view, I'd rather have the big V6.
