After reading about it so much on this forum, it finally happened to me. Some jackass rear ended my baby today. After spending 3 hours pampering it yesterday and made it look better than my girl's ML, some old geezer smacked right into me going 45 mph while i was at a complete stop. i literally cried.

Rep Power: 0 i think i would have beat the living crap(not much of it left) out of him if he wasnt so apologetic about it. he immidiately made a claim and his insurance company rep is giong to meet me tomorrow at a local shop of my choice to fix my car. the only s hitty part about it is that i get to drive a focus while they fix it at their expense.
i cant complain about that but i shouldt be going through this in the first place!!! DAMN IT ALL TO HELL!!!!!

Rep Power: 0 Sorry to hear that man, Yeah same thing happened to me last month and i still don't have my ride back, im getting it back this friday sept 20th. Its a 5 week psychogical trauma. Your gonna miss your ride alot while its in the shop. But hey did they take you to the hospital and what kind of insurance did you have? If you got full torte your suppose to get sumthing for pain and suffering. If they give you a small number ask for more cause you can sue the pants off them. But other than that i hope your ok. Did you have any other passangers? If so i hope they are ok too. Good luck to you. Its gonna be spending up alot of your time

Rep Power: 0 yea, im ok. thanks for asking. i saw him coming so i prepared myself for it. at first, i tried to move out of the way but i shifted into 3rd and i just stalled. then i just held on and tucked my neck. this is the 2nd time this happens to me in the last year. the first one totalled my ride and forced me to buy a new civic. maybe this time i can upgrade to an rsx-s?
