Ticket and need help

hi
today i was driving and my explorer and it was filled with kids and when i went to the stop sign i stopped in front of the line and the cop pulled me over and said that he is giving me a ticket for two kids not in the car seat and for running a stop sign. $83 Each and 3 Point What should i do ??

Pay the ticket, no judge on the face of the earth is going to let you off for unbelted kids (nor should they)

pay for your ticket and just dont do it again... come on be responsible, i'm only 17 and i know if i do something wrong i'm not going to argue about it. imma suck it up and just pay for the ticket. maybe you should too

Go to court regardless, the judge will always reduce the fine and you can still go to traffic school if you ask for it in court. Don't worry about what they say, "You can't go to traffic school if you go to court." Yes you can!

Did you say the kids were not in car seats (as in child car seats) or they weren't buckled up AT ALL?

one kid (6 months)was not in the car seat and the rest of them 10-13 were in the trunk(3 of them) Ford Explorer

Totally pay it...6 months old and not in the car seat? I hope you weren't expecting everyone to go easy on you on that one...God forbid you got into an accident and rolled...it's called the blender effect, and it usually hurts everyone not buckled down pretty badly....

Dam man how many kids you got? Should of had the 6 month old in the carseat. My Nephew is about 10 months and he is pretty small to sit down in my car.
