I bought a 97 Celica GT the other day... i hope that you all will not shun me as at leist im still driving an import... i got a good price on it and i love it so far.

. You will definitely have a much broader selection of aftermarket products for that car. Keep us posted on the stuff you do it.

Rep Power: 0 celicas are my all time fav car.. from 86- on, i like each gen style. for the 86-93 i would preffer the all trac. Those things have 200hp (225hp jspec) 3sgte engines. In the US, i believe they dont make gts models for the 94-99 celicas nor the gt-four (only in other countries)..but im not so sure about this, but im pretty sure im right correct me if im wrong. The 94-99 Celicas (U.S.), theres ST and GT models. The ST comes w/115hp(or 105hp??) 7AFE engine and the GT comes w/135hp 5SFE engine. I want to get a 6th gen celica and drop a 3sgte jspec engine in there. Thats what ive always wanted to do [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG] ..As for the new 2k+ celicas, I like em but too many people around here have em plus i like the 6th gen better w/the round headlights

Rep Power: 0 yeah, i have to explain that to people that its not as fast as it looks... it still is pretty quick ill get some pictures here soon... it will be pimpin. i got to save for rims first... im pickin up some buds tomorow depending on how fast i can push them ill have rims with in the next couple of weeks...
