this dood bought something from me in marketplace and now he's being a complete reatrd about it. First he pretends that its not him and then he does and says he wont give me the money and is being very immature about it. Its really pissing me off. I want him off the forums cuz this is NOT the first time someone didnt pay me on the Marketplace. I kno its at my own risk, but all I have is his AIM sn, I dont kno his 7thgen name cuz the thread I made is now locked and I cant find it.

Unless you have turned over the goods and are awaiting payment, there really isn't much that can be done, nor would it satisfy any type of fraud requirement. It's extremely difficult to tell if anything on here was in fact an enforceable contract.

Dude, calling the guy out like this isn't going to get anything done. First off, you don't even remember the guys name and secondly, the thread you were selling the stuff in is apparently lost.

I think whatcha need to do is try and find the thread again and get his username and PM him. The best way to find the thread would either search by your username, or the object you were selling. Then go from there.

Edit: Okay. I have found a few threads that you started. What exactly was it that you were selling? If you can give me that, I'll give you a link to what it was so you can get his forum name.

I have asked the other moderators about creating a permanent sticky in marketplace where ppl who have been scammed can list the scammer; details of the scam, etc., sort of like Honda-Tech's classified section. I will get back to you all when I get an answer.

And even though you have something against him, that makes YOU look like the bad guy if you give out his addy like that. You can't obtain anything by posting it out like that except yourself being at fault for posting his personal information. If you want to use it against him then use it against him the right way so you can find out who he is. None of us can help you (unless someone happens to know who it is if they sent him something via snail mail and happen to have his name.)

I dont see it that way...if he would try to scam someone else with the same address/name then it would be known who it is. Anyone can change a Username, its a lot harder to move, or change your real name. If they didnt do anything wrong there should be nothing to hide.
