INCREASE MILEAGE and HP? TV wonder or TV crap?

I'd come home late in the morning after hanging out, and I turn on TV, and I see these MIRACLE additives and auto parts, like 'gas saving, HP increasing TORNADO' and 'zMAX power system lubricant'...

any of these crap actually work? I dont know about the TORNADO, I wouldnt put any kind of metal piece in the intake, but this zMAX oil, it had a prez. guy from Shelby recommending it during the commercial... how he puts it in every shelby and race car he builds.

I still think it's full of BS, but any of you tried any of these TV wonders?

Zmax works! I caused severe wear to the cylinder walls through nitrous injection and a mis-shift. Thought the motor was gone. Did fry 2 plugs and lost tremedous compression on cylinders 1 and 3!

Zmax brought back compression and stopped all the blow by in my car ( you know the really black smoke that pours out your exhaust under heavy throttling or high rev downshifts!)

Anyway it stopped it and gave me back power to the car. It only lasts about 1200 miles but it was enough to let the dealer think the car was descent.

It cost almost $40, but saved me serious cash in my trade-in value! Go Zmax!

Bullshiit!!!! None of them work. We've discussed them here before. The theories might sound good and impressive but, they are still marketing bullshiit.

Show me on estudy that says one thing and I'll show you one that says the opposite.
