well heres the deal, I don't think its the bulb going out b/c the car only has 13,000 miles on it, and secondly, I tried to disconect the negative end of the battery for 10 min and then turn it back on and when I didm the samne thing was going on..
I think it might have to do with the sensor, you use the little red small hose pies to put on the sensor on the primary intake tube right,

take the negative off again for about 10 mins. while it is off check that u hooked it up right, ur sensor might not be in there good enough. and if u have a ex, the vtec will not kick in if ur check engine light is on, some safety feature or something. peace, that is all i have to say.

do what peacemaker1ps said. He had the same problem and fixed it by tighting the grounding wire.

ok, the blinkers and the a/c is fine now that I tightened the groudwires but the check engune light is still on, and I left the negative end of the batterery disconeccted for about 10 minutes and then put it back and started it up and the check engine light is still on!!!!!!!!!

check your intake temp sensor, that will affect it, the plug that plugs into the side of the intake! I hade the same problem with the blinker, i was PISSED i had the bumber and all back on and theres no way to get back to that bulb without taking out the whole headligt, POS, but my ac was screwy but i went back and checked everything and my temp sensor wasnt in all the way, BTW i installedd my INJEN Cai on saturday and i LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVEEEEEE IT OMG definetely worth the cheese

i like mine too, I can feel the difference, I just don't know how the sensor goes in, the little back sensor plug doesn't fit in the sensor hole on the side of the intake, and the short little nubbie of a red hose they give you I stuck half of that on the sensor and the other half on the little nozzel on the pipe that the sensors suposed to go in, is that right?
