oooh...that would be hot. you just gave me an awesome idea. how cool would it be to put like an equalizer guage, or like an round LCD (if they make those) where you can hook it up to change the output...kind of like on WinAmp.
maybe have 2 pods and the second one can have like outside temp/compass/stuff like that. like you said, its for show since theyre not performance related, but they still can serve a good purpose.
thanks for the idea.

Nobody makes a gauge pod for our cars yet. I spoke with auto meter the other day and they said that it should be coming out in a couple of months. I was also looking for one for my nitrous pressure but no luck yet. You can buy the gauge but the pod is what i couldn't find. They say that there are some ones that are universal but there not too pretty. Good luck dude.

My friend screen name RiceBurnerEX had one custom made here in Oklahoma City for around 150 and they can color match it. Anyone interested can contact him or I and we will get you the info.

Here is how we are installing gauges on our project Civic....look for the finished car at SEMA in Las Vegas..

Me testing the fit and the gauge in..sort of..

We aren't designing pods....we are making other stuff...
But since it's a show car..you can't neglect anything...so the interior has blue carpet, the gauges (it'll have the new Cobalt Monster tach/real carbon fiber cup) Corbeau front seats, harnesses, pads, etc...

You guys will see it soon enough...
BTW, it'll have new BBS 18" wheels that aren't released yet either..
Suspension is Progress Group 2" drop springs, Thermal Exhaust (full polished cat back) AEM SRI, Cam Gear, Pulley, etc...

True....True dat...LX auto doesnt even need one tach...But all the gauges were free from autometer...and It's a booth car...so it needs to grab attention. noone will know that it's an LX anyway..
Its all about getting people to say "woah..check out that bad-**** civic" to reel them in to see our parts..
BTW..it's getting a full custom paint job etc...
