You don't have to move the tranny bracket for the Injen install! That's only for the AEM install.
For the injen, you need to unbolt a wiring harness on the side of the engine... Hang on, I'll go take a pic...

That should be big enough for you to see where the bracket needs to go. Don't touch the transmission bracket. You'll also have to trim a little of the bottom battery tray to make it fit when you're done. Good luck. I did it Monday it took about 3 hours and was well worth the work.

Hmmm... Perhaps there is more than one variation to the system... the part number for mine is RD 1566... For all 7th gen Civics with 5 speed trannys. Maybe the auto version is different, but I installed it exactly like the instructions say (except for cutting the splash guard) and it looks like the photo in the instructions and also works exactly the way it should. I took off the bumper and pulled the lower pipe through the hole between the frame and splashguard, the filter sits right where it should. Perhaps there are also differences if you bought the short ram with the extension, I dunno, but mine works.
Take off the bumper... It's not hard. See the DIY for clearing headlights and just use the bumper part.
Then you'll see where the bottom end comes out.
