cold air intakes

I need your help again guys =)..
I was waiting for the iceman intake to come out and had it preordered 2 months in advance, later finding out that there was afire in the factory therefore setting back the release again (jerks). I called the place where i ordered from and asked them if i can get another intake--they sent me an Injen one. (sorry for the story)

They said that they dont make cold air intakes for 2002 civics, that goes under the car that almost resides near the battery. Instead they sent me an injen short ram which cost me 200 bux. i had a generic COLD air intake that went under the car, so why wouldn't injen make one then? or did i get shafted

Injen does make a CAI...which fits on Manuals and Audto's..you got lied to ...

You got screwed only reason i can think of is that THEY cant get so they say "they dont make it" or they tried to save some money while screwing you over at the same time.....i find that alot of companies will tell you that (someplace) doesnt make it so they either one cant get it or two dont want to look it up...i call around to get prices for the AEM brake upgrade you wont believe how many companies said AEM doesnt make it for 7thgens...just my .02 tho
