My Bodyshop
Horrible, they are very lazy, they didnt start on my car for over a month and a half, not due to being backed up, but because they didnt want to... they keeo changing dates on me, they wont give me a rental car, they said all of theirs are out, but they wont even search for one for me, they just say that they cant do anything for me.... They dont push anything, if something doesnt happen when its supposed they just brush it off, and dont worry about it, whats a nother 2 weeks on this poor kids car who hasnt had any summer whatsoever.... it has taken them 2 weeks to get to where they are now, almost done (they say that) just think if they would have got off of their butt's and done something, i would have a car right now.... there is nothing I can do, the insurance company is getting on them, but all that makes them do is just get enough done to make the insurance company happy, My dad calls them once a week, that does absolutely nothing, i do not know what to do now, i need my car this weekend, and I have nothing, I have had no summer at all, ive been stuck in this house, i cant see my g/f, i cant go anywhere, I dont know what to do, I cant wait till next week when its supposed to be done, and them not have it done again, i think there is nothing i can do, but sit back and take it up the rear [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/IMG]

Sucks to hear though man, i dont know what id do if i were stuck without a car...especially if i was still in school and it was the summer off.

Rep Power: 0 Geeeezzz...is that body shop one that was recomended by your insurance company? If it is, call them up and give them an earfull about how crappy the service is. They may just drop them

Rep Power: 0 Time to threaten them with the BBB (Better Buisiness Beurau*(however that word is spelled)) also your local Gov. should have a division also for bad business practice look into it. that should help, i had to go that way with Comcast cable, only had to threat never had to take action.

Rep Power: 0 actually there is something you can do, depending on your state, creect me if i am wrong guys, but if your car is in the body shop from an accident the insurance company has to give you a rental from the bodyshop or reparation for not having a rental, i belive they pay out 23.00 a day,if you dont get a rental then everyday you go with out a car then u get paid that, but they have to give you an rental allowance, unless it states it in your policy that they dont pay for it, email me for more info if you want mokelizer@yahoo.com. i cant get info and you have more rights than yout think. wow.. sorry to hear that.. i got into a wreck with my vic, then i had to go to cali to visit my mom. my dad called me up one day and said that my car should be done by the time i get back. 2 months after not being home (where my car was) my dad told me i had to take it in.. then it took another month to get done... so, i feel yer pain dude.. 3 months without my car, i was goin through withdrawals...
