The windows in the rear only roll about 3/4 way down.

Isn't there a switch in the door to change it? I thought I remembered some older cars having that function...

I'm debating which one I wanna buy, Sedan or Coupe. Coupes are sportier, but I like the looks of the sedan a tiny bit more, I think.... i dunno. Anyways, yeah, I know most don't go the whole way down, just thought I'd ask to make sure.

The reason why the rear windows don't go all the way down is because the way the door is designed. There's a "cut out" for the rear tire in the door. There's no way you can fit a sqare piece of glass in that cutout. Common sense. This is why the window won't go all the way down.

lol, you'd be a good salesman for Mazda Seems like every time I ask something you try to push a Protege5 on me, haha... but it's all good, they're pretty tight. I just don't think I'm in the market for one of those right now though, for some reason

My fam once had a Suburban, it's rear windows went all the way down too. But like Taz said, it's the cutout on the door for the rear tire that makes the window stop part way down. I can't remember, but I don't think there is any wheel cutout on the door for those vehicles.

When I was a kid, I always thought that was some kind of safety feature, so kids don't fall out the window as easy.

I just went outside and measured, the rear window has about 4" of glass left above the bottom of the widow sill.

i'll join the club! lol... I always thought there should be some kind of a switch to toggle whether or not you want to stop it half way or the whole way(like those child safety locks on the rear door trims of sedans) It never once dawned on me about the rear wheels getting in the way... DUHH
